Join Junction Arts at This Girl Codes Halloween Heritage Hacks this October half term. 

This Girl Codes is a program of activities led by artists that explores science, technology, engineering, and maths (STEM) through creativity.

Ghost Stories at Bolsover Castle 

This Halloween we'll explore English Heritage's most haunted castle and use film, drama and prosthetics to create our own ghost stories. We'll work with artists Sian Watson-Taylor and Jim Brouwer to use special effects and projection.

Arrival at Bolsover Castle: 10:00am

Tour of Castle: 10:15

End: 3pm

31st Oct and 2nd Nov will be different activities!

We are requesting a small booking fee of £4 per person per day, adults and children (recommended) 7 or older to guarantee your space on the day. Please contact Junction Arts on [email protected] if fees are an issue, we will be discreet and can offer subsidised charges. 

T&C’s:
Due to the nature of the content, we recommend This Girl Codes for children aged 7 or older and adults. Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult/guardian. Staff and artists are DBS checked so over 12s can be left with the project team however we ask that you contact [email protected] to let us know after booking your ticket.

The project is called This Girl Codes but workshops are open to people of all genders.

Accessibility Information: We will be based in Bolsover Castle's education room which has a step to enter and uneven flooring.  Assistance dogs are welcome at Bolsover Castle. We can arrange quieter working spaces if needed please get in contact with us.
