Kick start your new year by wild swimming to raise vital funds to support people with breast cancer and take part in the littlelifts' Big Dip Challenge 2022.

At littlelifts, we know that taking on a physical and mental challenge can really help to improve health and wellbeing. Let January be the month where you make time to challenge yourself and tend to your wellbeing, all whilst supporting people with breast cancer. You can choose when, where and how much you dip, as long as it is in January 2022.

The first 40 people to register will also be sent a limited edition littlelifts swimming cap! (Register before 1st December to receive in time for 1st January. UK and over 16 years of age only.)

Fundraise a minimum of £50

Get your friends and family to sponsor you to take on this challenge. Your very own fundraising page can be set up during the registration process, and we have lovely fundraising packs to help you along the way.

You've got to be in it to win it!

Everyone who registers will also be entered into a prize draw to win a cosy storm poncho worth over £140, kindly donated by Fourth Element. Winners will be drawn at random and announced at the start of February (only those aged 16+ will be eligible for the prize draw. UK only).

For more information on wild swimming and how to take part safely, head to www.loneswimmer.com and www.outdoorswimmingsociety.com.

We can't wait to see your Big Dip updates!
