Kick start your new year by wild swimming to raise vital funds to support women with breast cancer and take part in the littlelifts' Big Dip Challenge.

At littlelifts, we know that taking on a physical and mental challenge can really help to improve health and wellbeing. Let January be the month where you make time to challenge yourself and tend to your wellbeing, all whilst supporting women with breast cancer.

You will receive your very own littlelifts' Big Dip Calendar to track your swims, a choccy treat to keep your energy up, and the first 100 people to register will also be sent a limited edition littlelifts swimming cap! (Register before 23rd December to receive in time for 1st January. UK and over 16 years of age only.)

Why not fundraise?

Why not get your friends and family to sponsor you to take on this challenge? Your very own fundraising page can be set up online, and we have lovely fundraising packs to help you along the way.

You've got to be in it to win it!

Everyone who registers will also be entered into a prize draw to win a cosy Storm Poncho worth over £140, kindly donated by Fourth Element. Winners will be drawn at random and announced at the start of February (only those aged 16+ will be eligible for the prize draw. UK only).
