Let’s get moving with the littlelifts’ Big 30!

We know that keeping active is great for the mind as well as the body, so during this third national lockdown we are challenging you to Get Moving!

30 minutes every day for 30 days

Whether it’s walking or running around the block, taking some time out doing yoga, star jumps while watching TV or doing steps on the stairs – as long as you’re moving for 30 minutes (and adhering to government guidelines), it counts! Move for 30 minutes at once or break it down throughout the day.

You will receive your own littlelifts’ Big 30 calendar in the post to record your activities (UK only) and you choose the day you start the 30 day challenge.

£10 for adults (16+) £5 for children (under 16)

Every minute counts – can you help us?

Our aim is to extend our support beyond Norfolk and Suffolk this year, to support more women receiving treatment for breast cancer across the UK.

During the first lockdown, over 500 of you took part in the littlelifts Virtual Marathons, travelling around the World and raising an incredible £8,500.

It was amazingly successful thanks to our #littleliftscommunity, so this year we want to go bigger and better!

Additional fundraising is optional

If you felt able to support littlelifts even more, you can set up a fundraising page on Enthuse – tell your friends and family to support you, and why not encourage them to join in? Every pound helps us to continue supporting women with breast cancer.

Thank you for joining in

We can’t wait to see your updates – please do share pics with us on Instagram and Facebook!

If you have any questions, please just get in touch with us at [email protected]

and this is why they are supporting us: “littlelifts is our number one charity at Maier – we have supported them since Oa first talked of setting up this small but mighty initiative over 3 years ago. As well as some of us being members of the Board of Trustees, all of our team (and our clients too) get involved with as many of littlelifts’ inspirational events as possible. The Big 30 is a real chance to take on lockdown in a committed and safe way.  Keep fit and share your efforts with the littlelifts community. Bring it on!” Karyn Maier – Founder
