June is CDH Awareness Month and also this year it coincides with the Queens Platinum Jubilee celebration month, so we are looking for people like you to help us raise awareness and funds for CDH UK whilst also celebrating the jubilee! We are inviting you to take part in our family friendly challenge (oh and the dog can take part too!) which is to complete a marathon or wagathon (for the dogs taking part) in a month! You can choose to walk, jog or run the 26 miles and you can choose to to it outdoors or indoors, so out in the park or on a treadmill; you decide! You will need the following to take part:

• A mileage tracking device or app to record your miles 
• Suitable footwear and clothing for walking, jogging or running
• Water to keep hydrated

You will receive a limited edition medal acknowledging your awareness raising and commemorating the Queen's Jubilee!

All you need to do now is register!  The fee is £15 per person. This fee covers our admin costs and your medal plus a £10 donation to CDH UK. If you have already paid your registration then all you need to do is to decide whether you will walk, jog or run the 26 miles and whether you want to do it outdoors or indoors, which means you can choose to complete the miles running around the park or on a treadmill! You decide! You can also set up an individual fundraising page or team fundraising page to raise additional funds by clicking on the relevant button on this page and get your family and friends supporting you! The challenge starts on the 1st June and finishes on the 30th June and you are encouraged to post progress pictures on your social media channels, or send them to us via our facebook page including the hashtags #Jog4Jubilee4CDH #CDH #Awarenessmonth
