Where we are collecting from

This week we are collecting from the following London Boroughs:

• Barnet
• Camden
• Haringey
• Hackney
• Hammersmith & Fulham
• Islington
• Kensington & Chelsea
• Westminster

Please only book this date if your collection address is located in the Boroughs above, otherwise your booking will be cancelled.

What to expect on the day

Collections are made between 8am-1pm on the day. The driver will call you when they are on their way to you. The driver can only wait for a maximum of 10 minutes, so please ensure that all your items you're donating are ready for collection.

What items we can collect

We love to GIFT the families we support great quality kit and clothing so please do check out the full list of items we can and can't accept, and importantly, how to prepare them for collection, on the Donation Guides on our website. Disposing of broken and unwanted items can cost us thousands of pounds a year, so it is really important and helpful to us that you follow these guides. 

We can accept:

• Clothes & shoes for ages 0 to 6
• Moses baskets, cots, cribs, cot beds and toddler beds
• Buggies slings & carriers
• Baby kit, e.g. playmats, baby gyms
• Highchairs; feeding and weaning kit
• Toys and books
• Bathing and changing kit
• New toiletries for mum and baby

We cannot take:

• Used mattress, open toiletries, or used teats
• Car seats and accessories
• Hiking style carriers
• Pregnancy and maternity items
• Baby formula and food
• Nappy bins, refills, or reusable nappies
• Sleeping pods (e.g. sleepyheads)
• Cot bumpers or mobiles
• Beds bigger than toddler beds or other furniture

Please note that our drivers won't be able to take any unapproved items. 

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours before your collection. Simply click on the 'My Dashboard' link in your confirmation email, where you will be able to cancel and refund your collection.

Any cancellations beyond this point will still be liable for the full collection fee and will need to be emailed to: [email protected]
