Terms & Conditions

By taking part in the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge you agree to the following terms and agree:

1.	To ensure that all team members have completed the group booking information form and returned any other forms to event organisers, Overlimits.

2.	To make every effort to meet my sponsorship target of �130 per person and have at least �70 raised 2 weeks before the event. If I have not reached this target, I understand I may not receive a running vest or t-shirt for the challenge.

3.	To send on any funds raised directly York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity within 1 month of your challenge.

4.	Once booked, your registration fee is non-refundable unless the charity has to cancel the event. The remaining amount from self-funded can be refunded.

5.	Your contact details will be shared between York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity and Overlimits. Overlimits are our partner is organising this event.

7.	You enter the challenge entirely at your own risk and York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity shall not be liable for any injury or loss which you or any members of your team may suffer or incur as a result of your participation in this event.  It is each individuals responsibility to prepare and ensure an appropriate level of fitness to take part.

8.	You are happy for York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity to use your name, any footage or photographs taken of you during your preparation for and participation in the event in future marketing materials unless informed otherwise.

9.	You will keep York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity informed of any changes to your contact details before the event.
