1. To make every effort to meet my sponsorship target before the event. 

2. To send on any funds raised directly to York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity within 1 month of your challenge.

3. Once booked, your registration fee is non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by organisers

4. Your email address will be shared between York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity and Run for All

5. You enter the challenge entirely at your own risk and York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity shall not be liable for any injury or loss which you may suffer or incur as a result of your participation in this event. It is each individual�s responsibility to prepare and ensure an appropriate level of fitness to take part.

6. You are happy for York & Scarborough Hospitals Charity to use your name, any footage or photographs taken of you during your preparation for and participation in the event in future marketing materials unless informed otherwise.
