This form is to register the team place only. Once you have completed the form, you will be emailed a unique password. All team members (including yourself if applicable) must then use this password to formally register for the event via the 'Claim a pre-paid place' entry option.

Please encourage your team to sign up as soon as possible, to allow us to process them and send them all of the event information.

All individual fundraising pages feed into your main team page.

After you complete this form you will receive an email with instructions on how you and your team can register. The first person who joins the team will be the 'Team Captain' and can edit the team fundraising page through clicking 'Manage My Registration' in their email.
