Every Thursday Steve from Whittfit Training has very kindly donated a session to WOLO in the Gym, each week we complete a programme developed by Steve to improve our health with upper body and lower body strength exercises, core stability and cardiovascular exercises.
The session will suit all levels of fitness and will be adapted to suit any limitations anyone has.
Attendees are welcome to do as little or as much as they like. It's good fun and gives you that feel-good factor after your workout.
