Walking Rugby is a non-contact version of Rugby League, suitable for all ages, genders and abilities.

Whether you’re looking to stay active, meet new people, or try something new, walking rugby is a fun, safe and inclusive way to enjoy the game.

Our experienced Rugby League coaches will guide you through a series of enjoyable skill-based activities, helping you learn the basics and build confidence.
