Step Up This October: The 1.6km-a-Day Dog Walking Challenge for Launchpad
Walk to support people facing homelessness – one pawprint at a time.

This October – the month that includes World Homeless Day (10 Oct) – we're challenging you and your four-legged friend to walk 1.6km a day. That’s one metre for every person we supported with a housing issue last year.

At Launchpad, we know how important pets are to our clients. That’s why we’re proud to be one of the few housing charities in Reading that welcomes dogs - because no one should have to choose between a safe home and their beloved pet.

Walkies!

Entry is free - when your fundraising page reaches 30 pounds, we'll send your dog a snazzy Launchpad bandana!

Solo Stepping

Entry is free - when your fundraising page reaches 30 pounds, we'll send you your Launchpad snood to keep you warm on those walks.

Once you've raised over 30 pounds, we'll send you a snazzy Launchpad bandana for your four-legged friend (or a snood for you if you're stepping solo) and you will be invited to join #TeamLaunchpad where you can interact with others taking on the challenge.

We'd love to raise £3,000 for this challenge, so whilst we've only set you a small fundraising target, we're asking that you do all you can to help raise as much as you can to help support us in our mission to prevent homelessness!
