Walk for Wards is your chance to lace up your trainers and give a helping hand to the University Hospitals Dorset NHS services that made a real impact on your life or the lives of those you cherish.

Whether you're walking in memory, celebrating a recovery or simply going the extra mile for the NHS services that helped when you needed them most, every step makes a difference. Choose your own path along gorgeous 3km, 5km or 8km routes through the stunning grounds of Upton Country Park and House before settling in for a fun-filled day out with loved ones. 

After the walk, enjoy live entertainment from two amazing bands! Plus, our key sponsor, Hot Radio, will be keeping the vibes high throughout the afternoon. And don't forget, your ticket price includes a complimentary burger from our friends at Rapid Relief.   

Families are in for a treat at Walk for Wards with balloon art, fantastic face painting and a chance to high-five our beloved Gully Bear!
