Walk for Wards is back for 2023! 

Event information

• Car park open from 8am
• Walks start from 9.30am
• £10.00 per ticket - dogs and children under 5 go free
• 5km, 10km, 15km routes

Join us at Mapledurham Estate to raise funds for the wards and departments within the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. 

• Back by popular demand are our 5km and 10km routes and *new* to this year is a 15km option!
• Dogs on leads are welcome, please pick up after them and use the bins along the route.
• Due to the terrain this event is not suitable for people with mobility issues and suitable footwear is recommended

As an NHS charity we rely on people taking part in our events, all money raised at this event will help us fund the areas of greatest need within the Royal Berkshire NHS Foundation Trust. 

The proceeds from this event will be directed to a ward or department within the hospital that urgently needs our help. For example we recently started a project to sound proof and refurbish the bereavement suites within our maternity department on Craven Road.
