Walk 4 Wards 2024!
Back by popular demand for its 2nd year – Walk 4 Wards! Enjoy a scenic and custom-designed 5-mile walk through stunning countryside, with beautiful fields and abundant wildlife. Upon your return, you’ll be greeted with delicious refreshments at the charmingly converted Stokes Farm Barn as part of your entry.
Who will you walk for? Choose to walk in honour of a ward that has supported you or a loved one, or walk in memory of someone special, celebrating their life and legacy.
Join us with friends, family, colleagues, and even your furry four-legged companions – dogs are welcome! Our event is inclusive of all ages, and for our younger walkers, we have a scavenger hunt to keep them entertained along the way.
Charity Place!
Please note when securing your charity place you are pledging to raise a minimum of £50 before the event, so that you can enter Walk 4 Wards for free! To make it even easier our new booking system will take you through a simple process to setup your page a part of the registration process.
If you raise £100 or more, you will receive a FREE FHC Walker t-shirt as a thank you for your fundraising dedication!
**Please note: We advise against bringing children under the age of 10, due to the distance and uneven trail course, unless they are in a multi-terrain running/walking pushchair, then they can join for free! Unfortunately, due to the multi-terrain surface, our route may not be suitable for wheelchair users. For more information, please contact our Events Team on the details below**
