Whether you have a favourite daily route, use a treadmill or just walk around your garden, we'd love you to 'virtually' ramble with us.
Sign up for any of our virtual distance challenges and you'll receive a Keech Hospice Care medal and the kudos that you won your race!

- 10km
- Half Marathon ( 13.1 miles)
- Marathon (26.2 miles)

There's just a few rules:

- Any participating children must be accompanied by an adult from their household.
- Send us a photograph or evidence of your completed challenge.
You can track your distance and join our Strava Running Club, getting yourself on the challenge leader board!
Alternatively, you could sign up to RunKeeper, Garmin Connect or Map My Run.
Fundraising:
As a charity, we need your help and support more than ever before during this unprecedented time. Please help our frontline care team help more patients and their families by asking your friends and family to sponsor you while you stay fit and healthy, too.
For your fundraising efforts:
- £10 to enter each challenge which includes your finisher medal
- Raise £20 to receive your medal and a Keech Hospice Care T-shirt
- Raise £30 to receive your medal and a Keech Hospice Care running vest
When taking on any of Keech Hospice Care's virtual challenges, please follow the current government guidelines https://www.gov.uk/coronavirus . Use our challenges as your 'once a day exercise' and always carry out your challenge alone or with a member of your family who is living in the same house as you. If you pass another person outside, please remember to allow a clear two-metre passing distance between you. Most of all, stay safe.
