- 10 miles minimum to take part but…
- 10miles + 1000 feet elevation to replicate Catterick course, if competing for prize/results
- Any day from 1-6 September
- Must enter BEFORE doing event
- Tab and Run
- No category for Teams or Canicross, although dogrunners can enter
