Ideal for beginners, families and anyone looking to keep fit, the Virtual 5K will see you spread smiles as you complete the miles - whether you run, hop, cycle or dance the distance.  It would be great to get as many of our supporters and their friends and families involved - whether you complete the distance in one go or over multiple days, it's up to you!

When you raise a minimum sponsorship of £20 (per adult) and £10 (per child, aged 16-years-old and under) we’ll send you one of our fantastic limited edition medals.

As the only hospice of its kind in the East Midlands, we provide vital care and support to children and young people with life-limiting conditions. But we only receive a frction of our annual running costs from the Government, so we rely on voluntary donations from our amazing supporters, to keep our doors open. Now, more than ever as we experience these unprecedented times, this is important. Every penny of your sponsorhip from the Virtual 5K will go towards care and support - allowing us to be here for over 450 youngsters and their families, enabling them to create magical memories.

You can complete your 5K anytime and anywhere or over a number of days. You can even do it in a way that suits you- whether it’s on a treadmill, around a park, on the roadside or in your garden! All we ask is that you follow the current UK Government guidelines and social distancing measures.
