How you complete the Tour is up to you. Cycle on the road or in the gym. Go for long-distance treks or shorter rides. Head out on your own or with friends. As long as you go the distance by 30 September, you’ll have smashed the challenge!

Your entry fee of £12.50 and any sponsorship you raise will help to care for homeless kittens, abandoned dogs and neglected horses.

 £14 could pay for vaccinations for a pet rabbit, to keep them safe from disease

 £33 could pay for a vet check for a homeless cat, so we spot any illnesses or injuries to nurse them    back to health

 £200 to £400 could meet the costs of finding a new loving home for a homeless dog, giving them   a second chance at life
