We would like to wholeheartedly thank you for choosing to support Rowcroft Hospice at the Torbay Half Marathon and 10k. Instructions to redeem your free place will be emailed to you on completion of this form.

Fundraising Agreement

You agree: 

  1. By accepting a free place, you are pledging to raise the minimum sponsorship of £100 and it is the aim of this challenge to raise as much as possible in aid of Rowcroft Hospice.
  2. If you are unable to take part in the event, you must let Rowcroft Hospice know as soon as possible to give us the best chance of filling your space. 
  3. If you withdraw from the event, any sponsorship raised is the property of Rowcroft Hospice and must be paid as soon as possible. 
  4. Any fundraising materials such as collection tins and buckets must be returned to Rowcroft within a month after the event. 
  5. Any photos taken of you on the day can be used to publicise and promote future events. 

Rowcroft Hospice will: 

  1. Offer advice, support and ideas to help you reach your minimum sponsorship target (£100). 
  2. Support with fundraising materials such as posters and sponsorship forms, where appropriate. 
  3. Support with training and preparation for the event.
  4. Provide advice on street collections, raffle regulations, gift aid and any other legal issues which arise.
