We are hosting three exciting raffles as part of Thomas' Tea Party 2021. You can enter more than one raffle, and you can enter each raffle more than once.

A full-sized resonance board (118cm x 83cm). The board has a few markings, but this is a purely cosmetic issue and will not affect its use.

By registering to any of the three online raffles, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

  1. The cost of each ticket entry into the Soundabout Thomas's Tea Party Raffle is £10. You may purchase more than one ticket. Payment to enter the raffle must be made in advance of Saturday 17th July 2021 at 5:00PM. Any payment received after the draw date will be treated as a donation.
  2. No tickets can be sold to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 years. Soundabout reserves the right to carry out age verification checks.
  3. If a ticket is sold unknowingly to, on behalf of, or for a person under the age of 16 they will be exempt from the raffle and will forfeit their prize.
  4. The Soundabout Thomas's Tea Party Raffle is only open to UK residents over the age of 16.
  5. To purchase raffle tickets online entrants must be residents of the United Kingdom (only) and 16 years of age or over. Postal and telephone payment for raffle tickets is not permitted.
  6. The Soundabout Thomas's Tea Party Raffle will be drawn on Saturday 17th July 2021 at 5:30PM.
  7. Monies raised by this raffle will support the activities of the direct services of Soundabout, registered charity number 1103002.
  8. Raffle tickets will be entered into the draw only when the whole payment is received.
  9. Soundabout cannot accept CAF payments for raffle entries and all CAF payments will be treated as donations.
  10. Soundabout accepts no responsibility for any technical failure or event which may cause the competition to be disrupted or corrupted.
  11. Any ticket entries received after the closing date may miss entry into the draw and therefore will be considered as a donation to Soundabout.
  12. A combination of a random number generator and random selection of ticket numbers is used to select raffle prize winners.
  13. Prizes will be allocated in a random order.
  14. The result of the raffle draw is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
  15. Please keep the email receipt or allocated number as proof of purchase.
  16. Where Soundabout is unable to contact a prize-winner so that a prize remains unclaimed for three months following Soundabout's first attempt to notify the prize-winner, Soundabout may apply the prize as it sees fit, including re-offering the prize in future raffles.
  17. Where a prize-winner is unable to claim a prize due to geographical location, with their permission Soundabout will re-draw a winner for that prize. In agreeing to this, the original prize-winner will forfeit the prize and will not be offered an alternative.
  18. All winners are required to provide proof of age if requested.
  19. The Soundabout Thomas's Tea Party Raffle is part of the Thomas' Tea Party 2021.
  20. In the event of an error, howsoever caused, whether a printing error or otherwise and whether obvious or otherwise, which affects the competition in any way, Soundabout reserves the right to administer the raffle as though the error had not occurred. Where Soundabout deems it appropriate and/or feasible it will notify entrants of the error.
  21. Failure to comply with any of these rules may result in the disqualification of the entry. Soundabout reserves the right to disqualify any entry at their absolute discretion.
