Walk, run or cycle 5k or 10k between 1 and 24 December (not necessarily all on the same day) and everyone who raises £20 or more for Watford Mencap will receive a festive medal. We recommend you set your fundraising page up at www.virginmoneygiving.com/fund/secretsantadash
