Rotary Club of Reading 2025 Santa Run Dec 7th

Some info to help your day run smoothly!
Please wear your Number on your front; remember to fill in your name and details on the back. (If you are still to collect your race number and Santa suit bring a pen and safety pins.)
For safety, roads on campus are likely to close at around 10.00am, so please allow plenty of time on Dec 7th!.. NOTE there will be no parking charges on the day of the event.
Timetable
9.00am- Registration opens in Palmer Quad for collecting entrants race packs/Santa Suits -Bring proof of your entry please.
Starts by Pro-Vice-Chancellor Elizabeth McCrum
10.20am 2k gather for warm up and start. –
Medals for all; awarded at the Finish.
10.45am 5k gather for warm up and start- all those running with
pushchairs, dogs etc to start at the back of the pack please.
Medals for all; awarded at the Finish.
11.40am- Prizegiving for 5K by The Mayor of Reading-
Dr Alice Mpofu-Coles (Prize for fastest over the course-
a voucher kindly donated by Venue Henley)
Photographs will be taken on the day – these will be sent to all entrants post event.
Refreshments available to purchase on the Quad
Drinking water is available on site so bring a refillable water bottle with you.
The Rock Choir will be singing ‘live’ to help get us in the festive spirit.
