Please accept this entry for the Pier2Peer in support of the The WayfinderWoman Foundation. I will be at least 18 years of age on race day and I confirm that I am medically fit to compete. I understand that I enter at my own risk and that the organisers shall not be held responsible for any injury, illness, loss or damage as a consequence of my participation in the event. If I have a medical condition which may be affected by taking part in the run I will seek medical advice in advance and record the information on the reverse of my race number. I understand that this information is confidential and will only be used to receive the correct treatment from the race course first aiders should it be required. I understand and accept that the organisers reserve the right to cancel the race if conditions (including adverse weather or Covid restrictions) make the event inviable, or a serious incident occurs that prevents the race going ahead. In this event, there will be no refunds. I also accept that if I am entering this race on behalf of another person, I am authorised by them to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf. I will also take the responsibility to ensure that they are aware of any further information provided about this race e.g. confirmation and race information emails. I agree that the event organiser will contact me to provide information about this event. Please note that any fees paid to enter the event are non-refundable.

When you enter the event, personal information is gathered by Sports Systems (the event system provider) and WayfinderWoman Foundation (the event organiser). This information will be used by Sport Systems, the race organisers, or any appointed third party; such as an official photographer, first aid provider or a different race timer, to administer the event and to keep you updated with the charity's work. Identifying data - such as your name or running club - may be shared in race reports in local media or on social media sites, but your contact information will never be shared.
