The course is an approximate 5.5 km loop with 142 feet gain, starting at the Paddock Field base and is a mix of private laneways, forest trail and a section of open field. Underfoot is 90% forest trail and 10% tarmac. Trails shoes are recommended. 

Runners will be based in their own cars, tents or gazebos in the Paddock Field adjacent to the start area. Portable toilet facilities will be on site.
