Terms & Conditions

1.	To obtain and pay to the Charity all sums pledged/received from sponsors not later than 28 days after receipt.
2.	To ensure that all donations made by cheque from the donor are payable to Blesma
3.	To provide the Charity with a progress report upon request.
4.	Not to raise funds by carrying out house-to-house collections.
5.	Not to collect in any public place without first obtaining a collector's licence from the local authority.
6.	Not to collect on private property (including shops, pubs etc) without first obtaining the permission of the owner.
7.	Not to hold or organise any raffle or lottery without first contacting the Charity.
8.	To contact the Charity well in advance of putting on any public event.
9.	Not to reproduce the Charities logo, but obtain all fundraising materials direct from the Charity.
10.	Not to do anything to bring the name of the Charity into disrepute.
11.	To abide at all times by the Data Protection Act 1998 and all other relevant legislation and regulations.
12.	To abide by the Codes of Practice issued by the Institute of Fundraising.
13.	To indemnify the Charity in respect of any costs, claims, loss or liability caused to the Charity, as a result of any breach by the participant of the terms of this agreement.
14.	To return all excess merchandise and collection tins at the end of the fundraising activity.
15.	I understand that Blesma may terminate my rights to fundraise at any time.
16. I agree to raise the minimum sponsorship of �1,350. �700 of this, I must raise no later than 31st July 2025, with the remaining being raised no later than 1 week before the walk (24th September).
17. I understand if I do not raise at least �700 before 31st July 2025, I may forfeit my place.

Once you have completed this registration form, you will be sent a copy of the waiver, which you will need to sign. Please be aware your place isn't confirmed until we have received the signed waiver.

As Blesma is partnered with ABF (The Army Benevolent Fund), we will need to share the details you have provided us on this registration form, with them. This is because they are responsible for the logistical planning of this event. ABF will only use your details for The Frontline Walk and will not use them for marketing purposes unless you opt in to do so. Please confirm you give us consent to share your details with ABF.
