Weekly steps: 50,000 steps
ULTRA-MARATHON (50 miles)
Weekly distance: 12.5 miles
Weekly steps: 25,000 steps
FULL MARATHON (26.2 miles)
Weekly distance: 6.5 miles
Weekly steps: 13,000 steps
HALF MARATHON (13.1 miles)
Weekly distance: 3.3 miles
Weekly steps: 6,600 steps

How do I prove it?
Like with your other challenges, you can use a range of phone apps or your running watch or fitbit to track your running/walking distance over the 30 days. All you need to do is send a screen shoot of your final distance to us at the end to receive your medal. The apps can be found on the App Store and are available on iPhone or Android:
- Strava
- MapMyRun
- Health (iPhone only, pre-loaded)
- Or use your Fitbit, Garmin or other running watch
It doesn’t matter how you complete your half marathon, marathon or ultra-marathon over the 30 days, showing your solidarity and raising much needed funds for the hospice is the most important thing.
