To make contacting everyone much easier we like to set up an event WhatsApp group - this means everyone can share training tips and help each out on the run up to the event, can ask any questions they have and get quick answers, and also is a great way for us all to stay in touch during the event day (when finding the car park, if we split into different groups on the walk etc..)
