The course is an approximate 5.3km with 180 foot gain, starting at the Stable Yard and comprising a loop around Lough Catherine on tarmac and trail estate paths. Trainers or trail shoes are equally suitable. Use the comfort of the Stable Yard kitchen as your base or car. There will be a water station at the Stable Yard, kitchen with microwave and indoor toilet facilities.
