Bring your colleagues together for our annual Team Triathlon!

Cost: £90 per team of 3 people - Pay by card online or request an invoice
Location: David Lloyd, Southampton

Take on the 400m swim, 4km run and 15km cycle in this fun team-building competition, followed by a networking lunch. This is a team event so each team member takes part in one discipline.

The swim and cycle will take place on static equipment in the gym, and the swim will be in the outdoor pool.
