The TSC Clinics Virtual Challenge is back...... and it's bigger and better than ever!

In June 2022 we want you to join the TSC Clinics Virtual Challenge: Walk, jog or run (or anything else) a distance that you can manage over the month, as we try and cover the entire 1,670 miles that stretch between all NHS TSC Clinics across the UK.

Every single step on our virtual journey across every TSC clinics counts, whether you go for a short stroll or push yourself to longer distances. If everyone affected by TSC in the UK completed just one mile in June, we would smash our target!

This is truly a joint challenge for everyone, whatever your fitness levels. You can even decide to take the challenge on by yourself, or to setup a team.
