Before submitting your application, please read through the details below. By ticking the box below you are agreeing to our terms and conditions:

The minimum age for this event is 18 years old. You confirm you will be the minimum age on race day (Sunday 27 April 2025).  

I confirm that I will pay the non-refundable and non-transferable registration fee of �100 if I am accepted for a place.

I agree I will pay the registration fee in 48 hours if I am granted a place in the TCS London Marathon. 

I agree that I will achieve half my fundraising target of �2,500 (excluding gift aid) for my charity place by the 27th January or I risk losing my place. 

I agree that my charity place will only be deferred if I raise half of my fundraising target by 
29th January.

If you secure a London Marathon Ballot place you can choose to donate your �100 registration towards your fundraising or have this refunded. 

I confirm I agree to raise a fundraising target of �2,500 and if I haven't achieved the target of �2,300 within three months (21st July) of the event finishing then I will cover the remaining sponsorship myself.

If you have your own place on the London Marathon 2025 ballot then you don't have to pay the registration fee and have a minimum fundraising target. Any amount you fundraise will support Rays of Sunshine.

I agree that I will inform Rays of Sunshine immediately if I cannot participate in the event.

If you have a charity place, we regret that your registration fee cannot be refunded or transferred. You will need to re-apply for a Charity Place (this will not be guaranteed) and you will be required to pay the registration fee and commit to the sponsorship pledge that is set for that year.  Deferrals are at our discretion and will not take place automatically.

You will be required to complete a registration form on the entry registration system for the organisers (the �console�). If you do not complete the form by your given deadline, you will lose your place and will not be entitled to a refund of your registration fee.  

I understand that Rays of Sunshine cannot take responsibility for any injury, losses or damage caused or sustained as a result of taking part in this event or connected fundraising events.

I accept that Rays of Sunshine will keep my details on our database so we can provide you with the best possible support every time you contact us.

I am not aware of any medical conditions, or any other reason, that would affect my fitness or put me at risk when taking part in this event.
