I understand that completing this application does not guarantee my place in the 2025 swim.

I have read and understand the Terms & Conditions *

If I am accepted I agree to pay Fight for Sight a £45 non-refundable registration fee to secure my place.

I understand that if I am accepted for a Swim Serpentine place, I am undertaking to raise at least £400 in sponsorship.

This amount excludes Gift Aid and is to be received by Fight for Sight by January 2026 at the latest. By ticking this box you accept that you will be asked to pay any shortfall after this deadline unless previously discussed with the fundraising team.

I confirm that I will be 18 years of age by the date of the Swim Serpentine and that, to the best of my knowledge, I am in good health and fitness. I take full responsibility for my training and take part at my own risk.
