Not all Superheroes wear capes!

Join us on Sunday 9 July and help us celebrate your favourite Superhero! Whether it's Spiderman, Batman, Supergirl or your local heroes wear your best costume and help us raise money for your local hospital.

Run, walk or jog 3k or 5k around Coate Water help us to raise funds to support an extraordinary provision of care to patients and help deliver joined up services for local people at home, in the community and in hospital helping them to lead independent and healthier lives. 

We have kept the entry fee the same as previous years. We understand we're living in unprecedented circumstances, but we cannot put these events on without your support, so we ask you try to raise £80.00.  If you don't wish to fundraise, please consider making a donation at the payment screen to support the charity.

Fundraising for this event will go towards our Way Forward Appeal, raising additional funds for the expansion of our urgent and emergency care department. 

Each participant will be rewarded with their very own Superhero Medal and there will be prizes for the best fancy dress too!

We welcome dogs, but our furry friends must be kept on a lead at all times. The course is pushchair/wheelchair friendly but there are narrow parts. 

We offer a virtual option for those who wish to participate away from the course and complete the event in thier own time, submit your run evidence and you will receive a medal!

Entry Fees: 

Early Bird Price until 31 May 2023:

£12 per adult, £8 per child under the age of 16, £0 under 5's

Entry from 1 June 2023:

£14 per adult, £9 per child under the age of 16, £0 under 5's

Entries close on 4th July, but we will take on the day entries.
