Not all Superheroes wear capes!

Join us on Sunday 18 July and help us celebrate all the Superheroes of the pandemic – not just the amazing Doctors and Nurses at the Great Western Hospital, but all the fabulous key workers that kept the country going during the past year.

Be a Superhero and run, walk or jog 3k or 5k around Coate Water help us to raise funds to support an extraordinary provision of care to patients and help deliver joined up services for local people at home, in the community and in hospital helping them to lead independent and healthier lives. 

We have kept the entry fee competitive, but like all charities, the past 12 months have been difficult for us and we ask you try to raise £20.00 each.  If you don't wish to fundraise, you can make a donation at the payment screen to support the charity.  You can fundraise for any ward, department or appeal of your choice.

Each participant will be rewarded with their very own Superhero Medal and there will be prizes for the best fancy dress too.

Dogs can take part too, but must be kept on a lead at all times.

Entry Fees: 

Early Bird Price until 31 May 2021:

£12 per adult, £8 per child under the age of 16, £0 under 5's

Entry from 1 June 2021:

£14 per adult, £9 per child under the age of 16, £0 under 5's

On the day entries (if capacity not reached):

£15 per adult, £10 per child under the age of 16, £0 under 5's

How to take part:

Step 1:               Decide which distance you want to undertake.

Step 2:               Sign up and set up your fundraising Page.

Step 3:               Ask your friends and family to sponsor you.

Step 4:               Take part on Sunday 18 July in your favourite Superhero Outfit

We will continue to monitor the Prime Minister’s roadmap out of lockdown and if anything changes on the journey that impacts the event we will of course keep you updated.  The safety of our participants, volunteer and staff will remain our high priority.
