Join us for the 2024 Charlie House Summer Sports Day at Kippie Lodge on Friday  the 23rd of August.

Go 'Back to School' with the Charlie House Summer Sports Day at Kippie Lodge. Compete as a team in a range of fun retro sports day, precision and endurance challenges throughout the day to be in with the chance of winning your team the exclusive sports day trophy. Breakfast, lunch and BBQ dinner all included!

All funds raised from the event will go towards Charlie House and our work with children with life-limiting or life-threatening conditions across the North East of Scotland. Up to 18 teams will compete in a number of team challenges across the event including:

  • Sports day classics
  • Cycling challenge
  • Agility and Endurance challenges
  • Highland games

Each team will win points depending on their performance per challenge, with the overall winner being the team with the most points at the end of the day. Teams will receive their own individual schedule to ensure they can participate in all challenges. Event and challenge details will be sent to all participants in advance of the event.

This year we're offering two options for signing up to our Summer Sports Day: 

  • Fundraising Place: You can secure your place for FREE! In return for your free place, you will need to raise £125 in support of Charlie House - we're here to help!
  • Non Fundraising Place: Don't feel like fundraising? No problem, you can pay your registration fee to secure your place at our Summer Sports Day.

Register for free with a fundraising place. In return for free entry each individual must raise £125 in support of Charlie House.

You must have a team of four members and each be over 18 to take part - no individual registration. We encourage all abilities to take part. You could have a team of all golfers. A team of endurance specialists. Or individuals specially picked for each event. Whatever you do, choose your team wisely, only one team can walk away as thewinners of the Summer Sports Day Trophy!
