The Red Foundation Event Ticket Terms & Conditions

Please Read Before Purchasing

By purchasing tickets for this event, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to The Red Foundation Event Ticket Terms & Conditions below. These include important information regarding refunds, event cancellation, photography, attendance with dogs and health & safety.

1. Tickets

• By purchasing a ticket, you are entering into an agreement with The Red Foundation and agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions.

• All tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.

• Tickets may not be resold or transferred without the prior written permission of The Red Foundation.

• Please retain your booking confirmation as proof of purchase.

2. Weather

• The event will proceed in most weather conditions. Please dress appropriately for the forecast.

• Adverse weather alone does not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

• In the unlikely event that weather conditions are deemed unsafe and The Red Foundation cancels the event, the Event Cancellation policy below will apply.

3. Event Cancellation

• In the unlikely event that The Red Foundation has to cancel the event (for example due to extreme weather, venue issues or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control), we will endeavour to rearrange the event wherever possible.

• If we are unable to offer an alternative date, ticket holders may apply for a refund by emailing [email protected].

• Refund requests will only be considered where the event has been cancelled by The Red Foundation and no alternative date is available.

4. Event Changes

• We reserve the right to alter the advertised programme, timetable, attractions, exhibitors, demonstrations, activities or venue layout without prior notice where necessary.

• Such changes do not entitle ticket holders to a refund.

5. Dogs

• Dogs attend the event entirely at their owners' risk.

• Owners are responsible for ensuring their dogs are kept under control and behave appropriately around other dogs, people, volunteers and exhibitors.

• Unless participating in an organised activity where instructed otherwise, all dogs must remain on a lead.

• Owners must clean up after their dogs and dispose of waste responsibly.

• Dogs showing signs of aggression, excessive stress or behaviour that could place other people or dogs at risk may be asked to leave the event.

• The Red Foundation reserves the right to refuse entry to or ask any owner to remove a dog where this is necessary for the safety and welfare of others.

6. Children

• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

• Parents and guardians remain fully responsible for the safety and behaviour of children attending the event.

7. Health & Safety

• All attendees enter the event at their own risk.

• Please follow any instructions given by event organisers, volunteers and venue staff.

• Anyone behaving in a manner deemed unsafe, abusive, threatening or disruptive may be refused entry or asked to leave the event without refund.

8. Photography & Filming

• Photography and filming will take place throughout the event.

• By attending, you consent to photographs and video footage in which you or your dog may appear being used by The Red Foundation for promotional, marketing and fundraising purposes across print, digital and social media.

• If you do not wish to appear in photographs, please make yourself known to a member of the event team upon arrival. Whilst every effort will be made to accommodate your request, we cannot guarantee that you will not appear incidentally in wider crowd images.

9. Liability

• Whilst every reasonable effort is made to ensure a safe and enjoyable event, The Red Foundation accepts no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to personal belongings, or for injury to persons or dogs, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

10. Admission

• The Red Foundation reserves the right to refuse admission or require any person or dog to leave the event where necessary for the safety, welfare or enjoyment of other attendees.

• Any person asked to leave the event will not be entitled to a refund.

11. Force Majeure

The Red Foundation shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to extreme weather, flooding, fire, acts of terrorism, government restrictions, pandemics, public health emergencies, industrial action or venue closures.

In such circumstances, we will make every reasonable effort to rearrange the event. If this is not possible, ticket holders may apply for a refund in accordance with the Event Cancellation policy above.

12. Acceptance

By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms & Conditions. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of these conditions on behalf of yourself and any additional guests included within your booking.
