Thank you for your interest in this year’s Summer Fair in the grounds of St David's Hospice. 

Single Outside 6ft table and 1 chair £38

Double Outside stall (x2 6ft tables)- £70

All stall spaces outside will be on concrete, you are welcome to bring advertising boards and a gazebo (please ensure these are set up securely with the relevant weights and sandbags) 

Once you have paid for a stall, please send a copy of your public liability insurance and risk assessment within 14 days of registration. Once these documents have been received we will confirm your order and allocate a place. 

Our Café Dewi will be open throughout the event, and the toilets are in the main building.

Set up for stall holders is from 8.30am and all vehicles will need to be removed from the Fair sites by 9.30am to allow for an 10.00am opening of the Fair. 

There is no parking available on site, however there is plenty of free and unrestricted parking close to the Hospice and the West Shore areas. 

We would also welcome any donations you would like to make to our raffle and other fundraising at the Fair-these are much appreciated!
