Education Support is the only UK charity dedicated to the cause of teacher wellbeing and runs free, confidential support to those in crisis. People like Sian Marie, who reached out to the Education Support helpline when she felt at her lowest:

“The woman I spoke to really knew what it meant to be a teacher. It was really, really special. Other people don’t understand so they make suggestions to help your mental health that just don’t work if you’re a teacher, but the person on the phone new and understood.

I felt she wanted to listen to me, as a person and a teacher, and it really helped.”

By signing up for Strides Against Stress, you'll be supporting thousands of education staff who're in similar situations to Sian Marie. Your strides will really make a difference.
