In our special 40^th Anniversary year and following the huge success of last year’s Virtual 10K Race, we are excited to bring back our Virtual 10K Race for 2021. Will you join the challenge?

Sign up*, plot your own 10K route in your local area, and run it anytime between 6am and 6pm on Sunday 3rd October to support your Hospice. Link your fundraising page with Strava to see your time on our official leaderboard and receive a free finishers medal and certificate.

Are you aged 16 or under?

For our younger runners, we will once again be awarding the Paul Canavan Memorial Cup to the fastest runner, male or female, aged 16 years or under; and our School's Shield to the fastest school-age participant.

The Paul Canavan Memorial Cup was gifted to Strathcarron Hospice by former local MP and MSP Dennis Canavan, whose son Paul sadly died in the Hospice in 1989, aged 16 years old. The Cup is awarded to the fastest 10K runner, aged 16 or under, in memory of Paul.
