Stormont Mile, in association with Hagan Homes, is back and we’ve got a fun, action-packed event for you to enjoy with your family, friends and colleagues.

This year we’ll have one main event for all participants starting at 12 noon. You can run it or walk it, or something in between.

The ever-popular kids’ race will follow and our very special Stormont Mile ambassador, Ciara Mageean may even pop along to join in. We'll have lots of entertainment on the day from bouncy castles, face painters and food stalls.

£30 sponsorship will fund a session with a member of the Play Specialist team.

Sharon McCartney, mum of Annabel (9) shared their experience of this vitally important service: "After being diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia, Annabel was really anxious and she worried a lot about her treatment. We were introduced to the Play team in the hospital and we also had Naomi, one of the Play Specialists, visit us at home and this helped massively with Annabel's anxiety. We would have been lost without this support as it really helped Annabel come to terms with everything she was going through and all the different procedures she needed to have."
