We’re challenging ourselves to walk 10,000 steps every day this May — not just for our own wellbeing, but to support mental health awareness and vital services.

Why? Because moving more boosts mental health, and by stepping up together, we can raise funds to help others get the support they need. And what better time than May – National Walking Month and home to Mental Health Awareness Week!
