Step Out in Solidarity with victims and survivors of sexual violence to show you believe, support and are in solidarity with them.

Step Out in Solidarity is a 31-day challenge asking you to commit to moving in any way that works for you every day for 31 days and raising £150 for Rape Crisis England & Wales - the feminist charity working to end sexual violence.  Stroll, roll or run the choice is yours!

The challenge will start on the 6th February the first day of Sexual Abuse and Sexual Violence Awareness Week and end on International Women's Day Wednesday 8th March.

Rape Crisis England & Wales want a world without sexual violence. That's why we work - in partnership with our Rape Crisis member centres – to transform attitudes to sexual violence and abuse, improve responses to all victims and survivors, and ensure that specialist support is available to survivors whenever they need it.

By stepping out in solidarity together we can continue our vital work.
