Join us for our 2am ABBA themed spin session on Saturday 3 February.
This late night spin class is part of our 24-hour Spinathon, fundraising for Derwen Charity!
Sports Instructor Sian will take you through your hour-long spin session, with an ABBA theme - which will include classic ABBA music and props! Fancy dress is most welcome!
This is an ideal session to join if you would like to support this epic event, and challenge yourself to a late night spin session - without committing too many hours.
