Get ready to Dash in the Dark with us on Saturday 19 September 2026.
Every year, Hampshire and Isle of Wight Air Ambulance respond to hundreds of emergency missions in the dark, and now we're inviting you to join us for a special night time mission to help raise the vital funds to keep us flying and saving lives.
Dash in the Dark is a glow in the dark, 5km fun run. So, gather your glow gang and get ready to walk, jog, run or dance your way around Southampton Common.
Enter today to light up the night for your Air Ambulance.
Entry:
Adults £20
Children £16 (5-15 years)
What you get:
Each participant will receive a free Dash in the Dark T-shirt to wear, a runner number and will collect a glow in the dark medal at the finish line!
Fundraising:
Set up your fundraising page and ask your friends and family to sponsor you. We recommend setting your fundraising goal at £60. All money raised from this event will help us continue our life-saving work.
