The world’s largest and best inflatable 5k is coming to Southampton on 8 July 2023. Now bigger and bouncier than ever, I will be tackling 32 giant obstacles through five music-pumping zones!

I’m supporting Southampton Hospitals Charity in celebration of the NHS’ 75^th birthday. The Charity helps to enhance the care and treatment of patients at University Hospital Southampton and Southampton Children’s Hospital by providing financial support to areas of the hospital service that lie beyond the scope of NHS funding. This includes specialist equipment, pioneering research, and ward refurbishments.
