Smiles and Miles is back for its 4th year and inshaAllah this year will be the best one so far! 

From 1-29 February 2024, our winter cycling challenge promises fun, community and unforgettable cycling moments.

Here’s what you can look forward to: 

• Choose the personal miles target that is right for you -  50, 100, 300 or 600 miles 
• Be part of the the Smiles & Miles community for support, tips and camaraderie 
• Exciting weekly themes to add some fun to your rides 
• Special Smiles & Miles roundel badge as a token of your achievements 
• Prizes to recognise Highest Miles, Highest Indoor Miles, Best Photo, Best Route, Best Video and Most Inspiring Cycling Story
• Fundraising is optional with a minimal target 
• Pedal for the honour of being the Cycle Sisters group with the highest miles or the group with the highest average miles.  Cycle Sisters Redbridge are the current reigning champions from 2023! 

Smiles and Miles is all about supporting and inspiring one another to cycle more. Enjoy the freedom of being out on your bike, and let the smiles keep rolling, bismillah!
