Following a hopeful advert placed in the Scotsman newspaper in December 1839, a public meeting was held that very month in Edinburgh to create a Society for the welfare of animals. Now, we’d love you to join us where it all began, and to be a part of this fitting tribute in celebration of our milestone anniversary.
