The promoter of this event is Thistles Shopping Centre, Stirling.

Tickets are �7.95 per child and children must be accompanied with a guardian aged 18 years or more. Only those with a confirmed booking will be granted admission.

Groups of up to 6 people MAX (must include one parent) will be allowed entry, with one ticket per person (including adults, adults are free of charge).

All customers with a booking are asked to arrive 5 mins before their allocated booking time, this is to minimise wait time and contact with others.

Entry is only granted to those who have pre booked. Any lateness will result in you losing your allocated time slot. 

All Bookings are final. Once a booking has been made this will be considered confirmation of your chosen timeslot.

No amends to date/time can be made to your booking.
Should your plans change and you need to cancel, we kindly ask that you notify us in order to cancel your booking, to release the date/time again for another family to enjoy.

The management reserves the absolute right to refuse entry to bookings which it considers has used improper technical means to enter.

All decisions of Thistles management will be final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into.
