Dress up as Santa (or a xmassy outfit of your choice) and do your own Santa Fun 5k run/ walk/ push somewhere in your Community on any day in November or December (that suits you) and raise funds to help 'ADS'Charity to support People with Dementia, their Carers and loved ones in Windsor, Maidenhead, Ascot, Slough, Langley and surroundings.

Fill out a quick form to get started. You will receive a fundraising pack with ideas, advice and information to help you in your fundraising efforts. Next, set up your Enthuse online fundraising page to share with your family and friends. This is a super easy to do and a great help to raise funds.

Please note that any under 16s will need to be registed by adult and supervised by their adult during their fundraisisng efforts.
